Capice, Philip Charles was born on June 24, 1931 in Bernardsville, New Jersey, United States. Son of Philip Joseph and Angelina Mary (Togno) Capice.

Bachelor of Arts, Dickinson College, 1952; Master of Fine Arts, Columbia University, 1954.

Career

Early career

A graduate of Dickinson College and Columbia University, Capice began his broadcasting career at Benton & Bowles in New York City, where he worked from 1954 to 1969 during that time he was an associate producer of Edge of Night.
